Material Design
Clean, purposeful design following Google's Material Design principles.
Design
Material Design interfaces, drawn to Google's guidelines for Android phones and tablets.
The practice
Design work here is structural before it is decorative. These are the tests a layout has to pass before it is worth drawing in detail.
Clean, purposeful design following Google's Material Design principles.
Responsive design that works beautifully across all Android devices.
Authentic Android experience with familiar navigation and interactions.
The module
Material’s baseline grid is eight density-independent pixels. So is our module. The two systems meet without anyone having to translate, which is why platform conventions and brand geometry can sit on the same screen without arguing.
One unit — 8px. Every measure on this page is a multiple of it.
Concept explorations
Internal design explorations, not client work and not shipped products.
Personal, private, powerful.
Your workplace can be any place.
Take your inner artist out and about.
Knowledge at your fingertips.
Mind, body, and soul harmony.
Privacy protection at its finest.
Form factors
The same components, re-composed rather than rescaled. A tablet is not a stretched phone, and a layout that pretends otherwise gives itself away in the first second of use.
A single column, one clear action per screen, and navigation exactly where the platform has trained people to reach for it.
The extra width buys a persistent rail and a second pane, so context stays on screen instead of being paged in and out.
